Master’s Graduates Run Hospitals On ‘Study Leave’ But Can’t Apply For Subspecialty Training — Physician
A requirement for three consecutive full-year LNPT reports may delay subspecialty training for Master’s graduates by several years. One doctor says this is because Master’s training is classified as “study leave”, despite trainees continuing to run wards, clinics, and on-calls.
