Audit: Pharmaniaga Logistics Supplied 93 Defective Ventilators Costing Government RM13 Million Losses
The Auditor-General's 2021 Report found Pharmaniaga Logistics supplied 93 defective ventilators to MOH during the pandemic, costing the government RM13 million in losses that couldn't be claimed because there were no documents on the procurement done via CSR.
