Bandar Kuching MP Dr Kelvin Yii tells the government not to use indemnity forms signed by staff as a shield if negligence is found in the fatal FDS helicopter crash. Senator Dr Lingeshwaran says the chopper model, built in 1991, was fully retired in 2001.
