The government can fund doctors’ on-call allowance raise of RM80 mil/year with a 50% cut to MPs’ and senators’ fixed allowances, plus a 50% cut to existing pensions for retired MPs, senators, ministers, and deputy ministers. These cuts generate RM83.5 mil.
