Doctors’ Groups Oppose Use Of Act 723 On Medical Profession — Eight Doctors’ Associations

In a joint statement, 8 doctors' associations protest the use of Act 723 under KPDN to enforce drug price displays at private GP clinics and hospitals. "The private health care sector is the only professional services sector where Act 723 is being used."
