After UMMC's fee hike, Bukit Gasing rep Rajiv Rishyakaran tells Dr Dzul to clarify if UMMC is considered part of the public health care service or if MOH sees UMMC as a semi-private teaching hospital. If the latter, Rajiv demands a general hospital for PJ.
