Lung Cancer Patients Wanted For Clinical Trial

Participants may receive compensation for time and travel, says Clinical Research Malaysia.

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 26 – Clinical Research Malaysia is looking for non-small cell lung cancer patients to participate in a clinical trial.

Participating hospitals are Hospital Kuala Lumpur, Hospital Pulau Pinang, Sarawak General Hospital, Hospital Tengku Ampuan Afzan, Hospital Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and Pantai Medical Centre Kuala Lumpur.

“Do you know as a cancer patient, you can participate in the clinical trial study?” the research organisation advertised on its Twitter page.

“Currently, we are looking for patients with: Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer.”

The post included a link to the company’s website where potential participants would need to fill up a form.

“Eligible participants will receive study-related examinations and medication and may receive compensation for time and travel expenses.”
