KUALA LUMPUR, April 19 — The Ministry of Health (MOH) launched an online survey to gather public feedback as it reviews the national policy for health care quality in both the public and private sectors.
The survey asks: “What matters to you most when you visit any hospital or clinic?”, “What area that you find works well when you visit any hospital?”, and “In your opinion, what can be done to improve the quality of services in hospital or clinic?”.
“This policy will be the main reference to all efforts in improving quality in health service delivery to serve the rakyat,” MOH said.
