A shareholders’ dispute reveals Entomo Malaysia (formerly KPISoft) and MySJ entered into a 5-year, 3-month license agreement on Oct 6, 2020, for the transfer of MySejahtera’s intellectual property and software license from Entomo to MySJ for RM338.6 mil.
