Doctors’ Group Threatens Lawsuit Over Drug Price Display Mandate

FPMPAM has threatened to file a judicial review over the drug price display mandate if it is enforced at GP clinics. The doctors' group also opposes placing the price display mandate in KPDN's purview under the Price Control and Anti-Profiteering Act.

GPs To Individually Determine Regulatory Compliance Charge, MyCC Bars ‘Fixed’ Rate: FPMPAM

FPMPAM tells its member GP clinics to individually determine their own rate for a regulatory compliance charge (RCC), as MyCC prohibits a rate "fixed" by the association. FPMPAM had suggested a minimum RM20 RCC rate, following a drug price display mandate.
