KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 25 — CodeBlue is conducting an online survey among specialist doctors in private hospitals in Malaysia to better understand health insurance issues faced by their patients.
The survey seeks to capture specialists’ experiences with issues, such as insurers denying coverage for diagnostic tests, treatments/procedures, or innovative drugs; revoking guarantee letters (GLs); and delays or restrictions that affect clinical decisions and patient care.
Our anonymous poll is open only to specialist doctors practising in private hospitals in Malaysia.
