KUALA LUMPUR, March 24 – eBen Assist Sdn Bhd, a leading Malaysian technology company specialising in medical claims administration has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Collinson Assistance from the United Kingdom.
The collaboration will expand eBen Assist’s current service offerings for the Malaysian market. Leveraging on Collinson’s global touch points, eBen Assist can now provide International Travel Risk Management (TRM) services, thus enabling organisations to effectively assess, mitigate, and manage risks amidst worldwide threats, whether it is from a pandemic or security situation.
This will provide organisations with comprehensive travel protection and support, no matter where their workforce may be located.
“eBen Assist is very pleased to have found an extremely capable service provider in the areas of expertise that will complement and enhance our current service offering. We intend that this collaboration will grow our business exponentially going forward,” said Mahathir Mahzan, eBen Assist chairman and advisor.
“This collaboration will provide a more comprehensive solution suite to our targeted markets within Malaysia. Our clients will now have an end-to-end medical administration service that ranges from domestic medical management to international travel medical services. Additionally, medical and security assistance has suddenly been given a boost in awareness due to the current high-risk geopolitical situation of wars and terror attacks and we want to capitalise on it,” said Thomas Ng, eBen Assist chief sales officer.
eBen Assist and Collinson have commenced their travel risk management services for its customers, just in time for the reopening of Malaysian borders starting from April 1, 2022.
