KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 18 – MySejahtera will open physical help desks at two Covid-19 vaccination centres (PPVs) from this weekend to resolve any problems related to the mobile app, including issues with digital vaccine certificates.

The MySejahtera Help Kiosks will be open weekends from 9am to 5pm at the World Trade Centre (WTC) Kuala Lumpur from February 19 to 20, February 26 to 27, March 5 to 6, and March 12 to 13.

MySejahtera Help Kiosks will also be open at the Ideal Convention Centre (IDCC) Shah Alam in Selangor February 26 to 27 and March 5 to 6.

MySejahtera users are reminded to bring along their physical vaccination card or any related documents.

Health Minister Khairy Jamaluddin told the press yesterday that MySejahtera’s virtual help desk would still continue running.

“But I received complaints of people waiting a long time for their vaccine certificates, so we’ll set up physical MySejahtera help desks.”

Khairy added that MySejahtera’s physical help desks will be expanded to other states in due time.
